Received used product, not fresh one

I have ordered mascara and eyeliner from their website, eyeliner was absolutely perfect about mascara box was not sealed , when I opened I had stains on container and after that I opened container I saw stains on neck of the bottle too, so as it can be seen product I received is used on already not fresh. Beware before purchasing.

Good product

I opened the bottle and thought its not that much runny so I was skeptic whether it will be effective. But, it was surprisingly easy to apply and lasted for long.

Hey, do not worry on the quality of the product as its of utmost priority to us.

It's feels like I haven't applied anything on. Its soo light weight but it's gives yours eyelashes a pushup. It's gets off easily too without any fuss.
